Banking jobs are one of the toughest job and is risky too, most of the management students are interested to do job at banks and financial institutions. Nepal Bank Ltd was the first commercial bank in Nepal which was established in November 15, 1937(Kartik, 30, 1994) whereas Nabil Bank Ltd was the first private commercial bank of Nepal. In early days (in starting days) passing SLC was more than enough to work at bank but education level to work at bank became higher in current days. Management student wanted to be a banker but they lack commitment and passion to be a banker they wanted to work inside valley or urban area which is the great mistake for management student and that might be the negative point for their selection. - Always tally cash with voucher while taking deposit
- Always write correct denomination while payment in cheque
- Do not hurry
- Use separate drawer for Rs 1000.00 and Rs. 500.00
- Avoid talking while you are in duty

CSD is front line officer who handle customer queries and is involved to open account along with other services like sms banking e-banking and other.
